How to Help Ukraine? 365 Days of War
The conference will start on February 23, 2023 at 17:00 UAP Atrium (Building B, entrance from 23 February Str. 20).
Two panels with the participation of the organizers and invited guests are planned.

Panel No. 1: Various forms of assistance to Ukraine. International and domestic assistance
We invited the following people to the panel:
• Marcin Bosacki – Senator of the Republic of Poland, Vice-Chairman of the Committee on Foreign Affairs and the European Union
• Yurii Tokar – Consul General of Ukraine in Wrocław
• prof. dr hab. Bogumiła Jung – Vice-Rector for Cooperation and President of the NOWA Foundation of the University of Arts in Poznań
The moderator of the panel will be Małgorzata Dudzic-Biskupska, President of the Civic Foundation Wielkopolska, Councilor of the City of Poznań. As part of the panel, we will recall the first days of the war and the general uprising of Polish society to help. We will look at the matter from the point of view of Ukrainian society. We will summarize the help provided by Polish universities, with particular emphasis on the host of the conference.

Panel No. 2: Support organized by Polish non-governmental organizations and entrepreneurs
The participants of the panel will be the persons listed below:
• Beata Iciek-Sawicka – HR Director for North-Eastern Europe at Smurfit Kappa
• Fr. Marcin Janecki – Director of Caritas of the Archdiocese of Poznań
• Łukasz Szulc – Activist and coordinator of aid for Ukraine in the Citizens’ Wielkopolska Foundation
The moderator of the panel will be Marcin Ruta, Chairman of the Council of the Civic Wielkopolska Foundation. We will talk, among other things, about how it happened that everyone rushed to help, what were the motivations of NGOs and entrepreneurs and whether this cooperation is still continued.

We invite all persons, organizations and enterprises interested in helping Ukraine, which is defending itself against a ruthless invader, to participate in the conference.
We also strongly encourage people who would like to help, but still hesitate and do not know how to start such activities.
