The exhibition (Fe)male, From intimacy to society is characterized by a variety of expressions regarding sexuality and interpersonal relations. The exhibition consists of several cycles of works dominated by graphics using both traditional and digital techniques, but the exhibition also includes drawings, assemblages and small installations. All works are based on ten years of creative experience of the artist who speaks to the recipients through various media, documenting personal experiences and deeply felt reflections on sexuality and individual aspects of intimacy.
One of the key themes of this exhibition is to highlight a divided society in which gender and related roles are often a source of conflict and misunderstanding. The exhibition (Fe)male, From intimacy to society, through its various series, wants to initiate a dialogue on femininity and masculinity, paying particular attention to how these categories affect our everyday life and interpersonal relationships.
The exhibited works focus on presenting women not only as the heroine of events, but mainly as one who comments on reality. The woman shown in the graphics becomes a kind of narrator who, through her look and reactions, draws attention to various social phenomena. Some of the works are grotesque in nature, showing the world in a distorting mirror, thus also becoming a tool of social criticism, ridiculing the paradoxes and absurdities of contemporary gender norms.
Other works bring more intimate representations of femininity. The artist explores experiences related to motherhood, sexuality and struggles with her own body. The entire exhibition expresses a deep desire for fair treatment and real education that would respect the otherness and value of other people. The intimacy of these works makes them an extremely strong emotional message, prompting reflection on the challenges and expectations society puts before us.
The works attract the audience with their dynamics and complex structure. The artist combines various cultural and symbolic elements here, creating multi-layered images that show the complexity of gender relations.
To sum up, the exhibition (Fe)male, From intimacy to society is an extremely important voice in the discussion on sexuality. Through various artistic forms, the Creator not only documents her own experiences, but also tries to start a broad debate on the role of gender in society. The exhibition encourages the viewer to reflect more deeply on how social divisions affect our lives and what challenges are associated with the pursuit of gender justice and respect for otherness. Each work, despite its individual character, jointly creates a message in which the person and his or her experiences come first.
