Exhibition dates: November 12–19, 2025

All in the Field is a meeting space where ideas can become practice. The exhibition grows out of our manifesto – an attempt to imagine an ecofeminist workers’ utopia. We return to the text to collectively explore what work might look like beyond the logic of productivity and profit.

It is both a process and a presentation. A space where one can pause, contribute, enter into relation, and see how our ideas work together with us here and now. The invited artists co-create with us a field of exchange, open and unfenced.

With the aim to enter into dialogue, as well as to extend and deepen it, we invite you to a session Maps and Materiality led by Maria Sobczak, to be held on November 12, 6:00 p.m.

This hybrid format, combining a lecture and workshop, will serve as an introduction to Maria’s research practice. The history of maps — from the Enlightenment to contemporary mapping practices — will help us reflect on how we act and move through space.

All in the Field – Collective Mapping with Maria Sobczak

Since we are all in the field – how do we make room for everyone?
A manifesto, much like a map, is deeply connected to the material dimension of the world.
During this session-workshop, we will focus on the relationship between the ideas contained in the manifesto and their place among us. As a point of reference, we’ll use A Manifesto for Radical Care or How to Be a Human in the Arts” by Tian Zhang, along with several examples of practices that explore how ideas can be translated into spatial forms.

The outcome of our shared work remains undefined – we will see where we arrive as we gather around a blank page.

Duration: 1-1.5 hours

Common Field – Open Seminar

We want to create a space for sharing experiences and research – a place where we learn from one another how to create and collaborate beyond the logic of profit and productivity.
For us, exchange itself is a creative gesture.

During the seminar, invited guests Anna Bielawska, Janek Kuśmirski, and Kubik will share their practices, and we invite you to join us in collective listening, conversation, and thinking together.
We are not looking for experts or ready-made answers – we are looking for participants, companions, co-creators.

Duration: approx. 3 hours

Collective Manifesting

“We long for utopia. We take a step toward imagining a future grounded in cooperation and sisterhood.”

This meeting is an invitation to co-write the future.
Please, bring pens, correction fluid, ideas, doubts, and hope. We propose an open action in which we will read, cross out, add, and rewrite our text.

We want to see which of its statements still resonate and which call for change.
How do we now understand working time determined by natural rhythm”?
What does play at work mean to us today?

Together, we aim to create a shared document – living and evolving along with us.
