The way classes are conducted in the Studio emphasizes the friendly atmosphere of studying, conducive to intellectual discussion, exchange of experiences and creative exploration. The methodology of the classes allows for the identification of key dependencies that are important for the creation of an architectural work. It aims to stimulate creativity and creative imagination as an important element of architectural creativity. Particular attention is focused on the originality of thinking and the activation of imaginative awareness as an important element of creating innovative design solutions. The method is part of the so-called “Situated Learning Approach”, assuming that the knowledge acquired by students is contextual and depends on the situation in which it is used.
