UAP is visited annually by students from many different countries and Polish students go abroad. Moreover, the university has an extensive exchange program with non-European countries such as China, Israel, Brazil, Japan and the United States.

UAP also offers full-time BA and MA degree programmes taught in English under a common name ‘Study in English’. Each year, we welcome students from all around the world.

Admission Timeline for Prospective Students

17 March 2025 – 23 June 2025 – submission of applications. All required documents must be submitted via the university system Akademus

24 June – 27 June 2025 – first stage of recruitment: Documentation Verification Stage

30 June – 4 July 2025 – Applicants who meet the requirements of the Documentation Verification Stage will receive an invitation to an online meeting to discuss their submitted portfolio and motivation for studies at UAP (online meeting is optional)

7 July – 11 July 2025 – second stage of the recruitment process: Cover letter and portfolio verification / Online meetings with applicants.

15 July 2025 – Announcement of accepted candidates

16 July – 31 August 2025 – re-opening of admissions

1 October 2025 – international students admitted for the first year must deliver the original versions of documents submitted in the application process to the International Office for verification


Prospective students are encouraged to prepare and submit their application documents via the Akademus system as early as possible.


Documentation Verification Stage

ROZWIN

For BA candidates – first-cycle studies

  • Application Form Application Form;
  • High School Completion Certificate – A document required for admission to higher education in the country where it was issued. It must be translated into English or Polish and legalized;
  • English Language Certificate – level required is B2 according to the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages);
  • Proof of Health Insurance – must cover the entire academic year in Poland. Alternatively , applicants may sybmit a written statement confirming that the will: a) arrive in Poland with valid health insurance, OR b) join the Polish National ealth Fund (voluntary health insurance upon arrival);
  • Applicants under the age of 18 are required to submit a notarized consent from their legal guardians Third Party Authorization to Submit Documents.
ROZWIN

For MA candidates – second-cycle studies

  • Application Form Application Form;
  • Copy of BA diploma – A document required for admission to higher education in the country where it was issued. It must be translated into English or Polish and legalized;
  • Transcript of Records – document confirming the curriculum of completed studies. It must be translated into English or Polish and legalized;
  • Letter of Recommendation (in English) e.g. by a lecturer representing the university applicant graduated from (optional);
  • English Language Certificate – B2 level according to the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages);
  • Proof of Health Insurance – must cover the entire academic year in Poland. Alternatively , applicants may sybmit a written statement confirming that the will: a) arrive in Poland with valid health insurance, OR b) join the Polish National ealth Fund (voluntary health insurance upon arrival);

  • Maximum file size for upload in the Akademus system: 100MB
  • If you wish to share videos, you may provide access via links
  • We do not accept WeTransfer links
  • An applicant for a second-cycle (Master’s) programs may present their bachelor’s degree diploma
  • For the programs in Interior Design and Stage Design, applicants will be asked to submit a short video presenting themselves and their portfolio.
  • Maximum score: 15 points

COVER LETTER should include:

  • Information about the educational background, list of achievements (e.g., competition participation, awards won), personal interests, artistic goals and expectations and justification for choosing the study program
  • Maximum score: 5 points

Admission Requirements

  • A candidate must obtain at least 13 points to be admitted

The Admission Committee may decide to conduct an online interview as part of the evaluation process.

Cover letters and portfolios of applicants to be reviewed by the Admission Committee. Each applicant will be informed about the status of their application via email. When evaluating the application letter and portfolio, the Admission Committee may decide to interview online with the candidate. Accepted students will be required to pay the tuition fee for the first year or for the first semester of their studies to receive the Admission Letter. International students admitted for the first year will be obliged to deliver the original versions of documents submitted in the application process to the International Office for verification.

NOTE:

  1. Applicants who come from countries where English is an official language are not required to submit English language certificate.
  2. Applicants who graduated from high school or institutions of higher education with classes taught in English are not required to submit English language certificate. They are required to present a diploma that certifies classes were taught in English.

Tuition fee

Studies in English:

– first-cycle studies – EUR 2.900 per semester (EUR 5.800 per academic year),
– second-cycle studies – EUR 3.400 per semester (EUR 6.800 per academic year).

The tuition fee is paid in EURO and should be transferred to the following bank account:

The deadlines for making the payments:

• October 2nd, 2025 (for the winter semester)
• January 31st, 2026 (for the summer semester)


* In the case of repeating a semester or year in first and second-degree studies and uniform master’s studies due to unsatisfactory academic results, subject to next point, foreigners pay a fee for studies in the amount equivalent to:

– first-cycle studies – EUR 750 per semester, EUR 1.500 per year,
– second-cycle studies – EUR 1.100 per semester, EUR 2.200 per year,
– uniform master’s studies – EUR 950 per semester, EUR 1.900 per year.

In the case of repeating the diploma semester in first and second-cycle studies and uniform master’s studies due to unsatisfactory academic results, foreigners pay a fee for studies in the amount equivalent to:

– first-cycle studies – EUR 500 per semester,
– second-cycle studies – EUR 700 per semester,
– uniform master’s studies – EUR 600 per semester.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Statutory interest is charged on fees paid after the deadline. In the event of arrears in payments for a period longer than three months, deletion from the list of students occurs.

2. In the event of arrears for more than 3 months results in a removal from the list of students.

3. The fees are non-refundable except for the following situations:

• granted leave
• resignation from studies due to health reasons supported by a medical certificate
• resignation from studies due to other important, documented random reasons

4. In the event of a difficult financial situation of the foreigner or in the case of undertaking education in another field of study or in another form on a fee-paying basis, the Rector, at the request of the interested party, may reduce the fee or exempt from it entirely.

5. Foreigners studying on the basis of previously applicable regulations pay fees in the amount specified in the previous regulations until the end of the period of education provided for a given form of education.
