  1. General principles

Students who are unable to participate in long-term mobility at UAP (e.g., due to their field of study or fewer opportunities to participate in the program) can take advantage of the option of short-term mobility for studies.

– These stays last from 5 to 30 days.

– For first and second-cycle students, the short-term stay must be combined with a mandatory virtual component (this is not required for PhD students).

– A minimum of 1 ECTS is required.

Rules for participation in Blended Intensive Programs (BIP)

– Stays last from 5 to 30 days.

– The virtual part is mandatory for all participants (minimum/maximum duration not specified).

– Participation in BIP should also enable the acquisition of at least 3 ECTS points.

Important! During one cycle of study, a student can participate in short-term mobility no more than 3 times.

  1. Application Process

Required documents for application:

– Acceptance letter from the host institution containing the mobility duration dates.

– Application form.

– Written consent from the Dean of the Faculty for the mobility during the academic year (for first and second-cycle students) or consent from the supervisor (for PhD students). Mobilities during the vacation period for first and second-cycle students do not require consent.

– Proof of foreign language proficiency (official language certificate/exam grade, result of the mobility language test conducted in EU Academy).

Applications will be accepted at the Erasmus+ Office, Building C, Plac Wielkopolski 9, 4th floor, room 404, or by email at erasmus@uap.edu.pl. We ONLY accept complete document sets.

  1. Application procedure

– Acceptance from the host institution;

– Submission of the complete set of documents no later than two weeks before the planned start of mobility;

– Grade point average (the minimum GPA is 3.75);

– Foreign language proficiency (at least B2);

– Portfolio (in case of a high number of applications, the decision on qualification for the mobility will be made based on the portfolio by the Rector’s Representative for foreign cooperation).

Students qualified for the mobility

The qualified person will receive an acceptance email along with instructions for signing the agreement. Decisions regarding qualification will be announced via email within a week from the time of application.

  1. Erasmus+ grant

UAP organizes short-term student mobility to EU countries and third countries associated with the EU – this also applies to blended mobility (blended mobility) with funding under the Erasmus+ program for stays no longer than 5 days.

– The daily scholarship amount is 79 €.

– An additional amount for participants who meet the definition of a “participant with fewer opportunities” is 100 € per trip.

– Students who do not receive the standard travel allowance are entitled to receive 50 € for meeting the conditions of travel defined as “green travel.”

Trips in the 2023/24 academic year are funded by the KA131-2022 project until the financial resources are exhausted. Trips in the 2024/2025 academic year will be funded by the KA131-2023 project until the financial resources are exhausted.
