General Principles

1. In the framework of the Erasmus+ programme, it is possible to carry out a work experience placement in companies and institutions in an Erasmus+ Programme country:

– the EU member states
– Iceland
– Liechtenstein
– Norway
– Turkey
– North Macedonia

2. Erasmus+ Traineeships may not be carried out in EU institutions o rany institutions managing EU programmes. Erasmus Traineeship may not be additionally funded by any other EU programme.
3. Traineeship should be related to the field of study of a particular trainee. For our students this means art galleries, design studios, NGOs operating in the field of fine arts, animation studios etc. The institution, however, should be possible to verify.

4. Traineeships should last for a minimum of 60 days.

5. In the academic year 2023/2024 and 2024/2025, trainees will receive a grant for the period between 2 and 3 months.

6. Traineeship may start at the earliest in June 2024.

7. Candidates are obliged to find a place of the traineeship on their own.

8. The following groups of students are eligible to apply for Erasmus Traineeship:

  •  students of first, second and third cycle studies,
  • student who are expected to graduate in June 2024 (recent graduates).

9. You can benefit from exchange abroad with Erasmus+ multiple times, either as a student or a trainee, but the total time abroad may not exceed 12 months per cycle of study.

10. Students qualified for the exchange who decide not to participate are obliged to inform the International Office about their resignation as soon as possible.
