All full-time students of the University of the Arts Poznan, regardless their citizenship, can apply for the Rector’s scholarship for outstanding students, scholarship for students with disabilities or an allowence.

All applications can be submitted through Akademus system until 15 October. In case of the Rector’s Scholarship, applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered. 

Application deadline extended until 31 October 2019. 

The application documents must be completed in Polish. In case of any difficulties, please contact UAP International Office for help.


  • Rector’s scholarship for outstanding students

The Rector’s scholarship is dedicated to BA and MA students, who have achieved outstanding teaching results from the previous academic year (grade-point average over 4.4) and other scientific or artistic achievements not releted to their study plan, sports achievements at least on the national level. Not more than 10% of all students of each field of study can be awarded with the Rector’s Scholarship.

Application must include a list of the achievements from the previous academic year (from 1 October to 30 September). All achievements need to be documented.

The scholarship amount is different each year and depends on the annual fund.

  • Scholarship for students with disabilities

This scholarship can be granted only to students, who have a disability level stated by a competent predicate in Poland. The basis for applying for this scholarchip is current disability certificate.

  • Allowance

An allowence is a single financial aid for students who found themselves in a temporarily difficult situation due to unexpected incidents.
