Student Dormitory

We kindly inform the UAP students applying for accommodation in the Student Dormitory no. 6 about the necessity of submitting an application.

ATTENTION: The final application deadlines for the academic year 2026/2027 are as follows:

· for current UAP students: until June 7, 2026 (inclusive)
· for individuals who have passed the entrance exam and have been admitted either to full-time studies or exchange programmes: until August 13, 2026 (inclusive)

Application for a place at the Student Dormitory

Please send your completed application to: artur.adamczak@uap.edu.pl (Note: Newly admitted students who have been qualified do not need to provide a student ID/album number on the application form).

Registration System & Step-by-Step Procedure

After submitting your application form via email, you will receive instructions on how to register independently in the e-akademik system.

Since 2021, Poznan University of Technology (with which the Magdalena Abakanowicz University of the Arts Poznan has a cooperation agreement regarding dormitory placements for our students) has operated an electronic housing reservation system.

Procedure for Current Students

• System Registration: You must register in the e-akademik system only after June 9, 2026 (upon receiving the instruction email).
• Payment & Contract: You are required to pay a reservation fee of PLN 500 and sign a conditional contract by June 22, 2026.
• Move-in Deadline: You must check into the dormitory by September 30, 2026.
• Warning: If the deposit is not received by Poznan University of Technology or the contract is not signed by June 22, 2026, your dormitory placement will be forfeited.

Procedure for Newly Admitted Students (2026/2027)

• System Registration: You must register in the e-akademik system only after August 16, 2026 (upon receiving the instruction email).
• Payment & Contract: You are required to pay a reservation fee of PLN 500 and sign a conditional contract by August 22, 2026.
• Warning: If the deposit is not received by Poznan University of Technology or the contract is not signed by August 22, 2026, your dormitory placement will be forfeited.

Important Information & Housing Conditions

The above-mentioned deadlines are determined by the “Agreement on Providing Accommodation to Students of the Magdalena Abakanowicz University of the Arts Poznan in the Student Dormitories of Poznan University of Technology” concluded on May 16, 2013.

• Placements are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis depending on the order of application submissions.
• Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

Location & Fees

Poznan University of Technology offers accommodation for UAP students in double and triple rooms in Student Dormitory No. 6 (Dom Studencki nr 6) located on Rocha Street.

Fees for the 2026/2027 academic year:

• Triple room (with a bathroom shared between two rooms): PLN 700 per person / month.
• Double room (with a bathroom shared between two rooms): PLN 800 per person / month.
• Security Deposit: Equal to one month’s rent (PLN 700 or PLN 800 respectively).

If you are allocated a room, signing a conditional contract with Poznan University of Technology is strictly required.
